Pates & Cured Meats

Our pates are handcrafted in New York using traditional recipes, all natural ingredients and century old authentic methods.

Our salami selection includes delicious, dry Italian and French style meats including Sopressata, Rosette de Lyon, Genoa Salami and Salame Gentile.

In addition, we have a sensational selection of deli meats from roast turkey to rare, juicy roast beef, Prosciutto di Parma and Jamon Serrano, all sliced to order. We spend time hand selecting only the finest charcuterie and pates for our shop.
