The Kitchen at Joppa is dedicated to preparing food we would want to eat ourselves. We work with local farms and utilize the products we sell simply because they are the best we know. At Joppa, we start from scratch, working with our own homemade bases and stocks, because if we know what’s in it, we can feel good about serving it. Each day, our chefs prepare a diverse array of fresh salads, soups, seasonal dishes and a daily entrée. Our sandwiches are made fresh each morning on bread from a local artisan bakery, as well as on authentic French bread from Montreal. Granola, pickles, hummus, scones and an array of other delectable are made in-house daily and available for purchase.

Joppa Fine Foods’ mission is to provide the best food available; we work with local CSAs to source fresh meat and produce weekly, throughout the year. Many of our ingredients come from Three Rivers Farmers Alliance, a distributor of fresh produce and meat from local farms. In addition, Dennis from The New Hampshire Mushroom Company visits us every Wednesday, allowing us to hand select specialty mushrooms that are expertly worked into the weekly menu. By using in-season produce from local fields, the kitchen at Joppa creates seasonal dishes that utilize the best of what our region has to offer.
